Help with Audio / Video files

Video files

Our video files are presented in dual format, Adobe Flash video for streaming from our website, and MP4 format for downloading to your computer and/or transferring on to your mobile video device.

  • To stream the video from our website, simply visit one of pages with a video displayed. You will be informed if you have the correct version of the Adobe Flash plugin. To install it, please go to the Adobe website and follow their instructions.
  • To download the video to your computer, right click the link to the file and choose 'save target as'. You may then view the file on your computer or transfer it to your mobile video device. Note large files take time to download

Our audio files are in MP3 format. This is compatible with nearly all audio playing devices, operating systems and computers.
